



IAHF Italian Cooking Classes 2026
Our cooking classes start in the spring and end in the fall. Our instructors are IAHF members and community members with one thing in common, they all have a passion and love for cooking.
Date: Each month from March through November with breaks in June & July
Time: 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Location: IAHF Cultural Center, 425 N. Fourth Street, San Jose, CA 95112
Cost*: $25-$35 per class; see specifi event costs below

* NO REFUNDS will be made for cooking classes. The seat is transferable, if you would like to transfer your purchase to another person, please email the new name to iahfsj@iahfsj.org. If you are unable to attend or transfer the class fee, it will be considered a donation to the IAHF.

A delicious Veneto style Chicken Stew, called Polastro in Tecia, taught by Ken Borelli. The recipe was featured in the Jan/Feb 2026 edition of the IAHF News and served at a regional lunch about the cuisine of the Veneto region of Italy.
