Put on your "dancing shoes" because the IAHF is pleased to announce this free dance demo with plans to provide on-going dancing instruction. Free introductory Ballroom Dance exhibit with Giulio Ferrante.
​
Giulio is an accomplished, award-winning ballroom dance instructor who was born near Catania, Sicily. He is fluent in Italian, Spanish and English. He is a local dance instructor and participates in competitive dancing in the UK, Spain and Italy with his lovely partner, Lisa.
​
The event will start with classic Latin dances, followed by other styles and types of dance steps. We will be inaugurating the dance program after this complimentary exhibit. There will be weekly classes on Tuesday nights from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Our Foundation will host "Studio Italia" dance classes. You don’t have to "dance with the stars" to enjoy the fun of ballroom dancing.

Dance is growing in popularity, and this program is open to all ages and interest.
Details about the dance program will follow the exhibition program. So, check out the scene at our exhibition program on April 21, 6:00 to 7:30 pm at the IAHF, 425 North 4th Street.

This special afternoon will include a luncheon, remarks from our donors, and presentations from the students themselves. It is a wonderful opportunity to see firsthand how the IAHF and its donors are investing in the leaders of tomorrow. The essays of the recipients will be featured in the upcoming edition of the IAHF Newsletter.
These scholarships are made possible through the generosity of our donors and the ongoing support of our members. Your ticket not only covers the meal but also supports the continued mission of the IAHF and Il Cenacolo to invest in the next generation of Italian-American leaders.

Would you like to volunteer at our events?
Did you know we have a new and improved way to sign up to volunteer at our events?
You can now go online and register to volunteer at events: just pick your event(s), sign the waiver, and get specific details as the event date approaches. You only need one form for multiple events when listed, not one for each. Check back often as volunteer event needs get added. Sign up early as we have limited spots to fill.
If you volunteered with us your waiver is on file, select you name from pulldown and select your event and follow signup prompts to complete & submit.
