



Our cooking classes start in the spring and end in the fall. Our instructors are IAHF members and community members with one thing in common, they all have a passion and love for cooking.
Date: Each month from April through November with breaks in June & July
Time: 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Location: IAHF Cultural Center, 425 N. Fourth Street, San Jose, CA 95112
Cost*: $25-$35 per class; see specific event costs below

A delicious Veneto style Chicken Stew, called Polastro in Tecia, taught by Ken Borelli. The recipe was featured in the Jan/Feb 2026 edition of the IAHF News and served at a regional lunch about the cuisine of the Veneto region of Italy.
